FAQ
Is the data real-time?
Candles are built from exchange data (via Yahoo Finance), cached on our server and refreshed frequently. Some feeds are delayed a few minutes by the exchange; intraday data appears during market hours.
Why is the gold price different from a jeweller’s rate?
This chart converts the international gold price to rupees and adds a duty and GST adjustment. It does not include a jeweller’s making charges or local premium, so it will sit below a retail quote. See our Gold Rate Today page for the retail-style breakdown.
Can I use these charts for trading decisions?
They are for information and study only. Nothing on this page is investment advice. Consult a SEBI-registered adviser before acting.
